By submitting any image(s), video(s), or other media (“Content”) to The Cosplay Scene Magazine via this website, you (“Submitter”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights
   Submitter hereby grants The Cosplay Scene Magazine (including its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit the Content, in whole or in part, in any medium or format, whether now known or later developed, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, and digital products.

2. Ownership and Authorization
   Submitter represents and warrants that:

   • They are the sole and exclusive owner of the Content or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the rights outlined in this Agreement;

   • The Content does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;

   • Any identifiable individuals in the Content have given their consent (or, in the case of minors, consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian) for their image or likeness to be used as described herein.

3. Credit and Attribution
   Submitter may provide appropriate credit information (e.g., photographer name, cosplayer name, character portrayed) at the time of submission. The Cosplay Scene Magazine will make reasonable efforts to include such credits when publishing the Content, but makes no guarantee of attribution.

4. No Compensation
   Submitter acknowledges and agrees that submission of Content does not entitle them to any compensation or remuneration, financial or otherwise, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

5. Editorial Discretion
   The Cosplay Scene Magazine reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, crop, or otherwise alter the Content at its sole discretion. Submission of Content does not guarantee publication.

6. Indemnification and Release
   Submitter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Cosplay Scene Magazine, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content or any breach of the representations and warranties set forth herein.
